Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds within 30 days of adoption under the following circumstances:
Change of Heart: If you realize you’re unable to care for your Maine Coon kitten within the first 30 days, you may return them for a full refund.
Unforeseen Life Events: Job loss, relocation, or other major changes may impact your ability to keep your kitten. Contact us to discuss solutions, which may include a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Health Guarantee: If your kitten develops a genetic or congenital health issue within the first 30 days (with documentation from a licensed vet), we will either provide a refund or assist with medical costs.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a refund, the following must be met:
✔ The kitten must be in good health, with no signs of neglect or mistreatment.
✔ All original paperwork (health records, vaccination documents, pedigree, etc.) must be returned.
✔ We reserve the right to have the kitten examined by our veterinarian upon return.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
❌ Returns requested after 30 days of adoption.
❌ Kittens adopted under a discounted or promotional fee.
❌ Health concerns that arise after the 30-day return period (unless covered under our extended health guarantee).
How to Initiate a Return
1️⃣ Contact us within 30 days of adoption to discuss your reason for return.
2️⃣ Provide any necessary documentation (e.g., vet records, proof of major life changes).
3️⃣ We’ll review your request and respond within 2 business days.
4️⃣ If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the kitten.
